FT-AV-SIP884x系列是具有集成隔離式DC-DC電源的四通道數(shù)字隔離器。隔離式DC-DC電源可在片上變壓器上提供高達(dá)500mW的輸出功率。反饋PWM信號(hào)由基于電容隔離技術(shù)的數(shù)字隔離器發(fā)送到初級(jí)測(cè)。高度集成的解決方案可以幫助簡(jiǎn)化系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)并提高可靠性。
產(chǎn)品已通過UL1577安全認(rèn)證，支持4500Vrms絕緣電壓，同時(shí)提供高電磁抗擾度和低輻射。此系列產(chǎn)品的數(shù)據(jù)速率高達(dá)150Mbps，共模瞬變抗擾度(CMTI)高達(dá)150kV/us。且提供5V至5V，5V至3.3V，3.3V至3.3V轉(zhuǎn)換模式，可通過SEL引腳設(shè)置輸出電壓。
